The leaders or directors of organisations are often older people, But some people say that young people can also be a leader Do you agree or disagree?

 


lthough some argue that most corporations are into hiring men and women who are elder and advanced in their age, others argue that younger cadres are essential for the development of any organization. However, in my opinion, I disagree that younger people will not have any qualifications rather than those who have at least 10 years of experience.

The older employees are willing to detect any problematic issues with the help of their leadership in commitment work. This is because they have built their lives in the company. They are well aware of what is the solution to matters. For instance, today many business owners never want to lose their advanced-level team and are willing to enhance their job positions due to the elder's help. Therefore, elders' experience isn't the basic reason but also gives a reputation for the company.

Secondly, there would be many different types of individuals who came to work together. They have not even looked for a new placement, its conditions, or their colleagues' attitudes. As seniors have spent most of their time in the workplace, they know which people's characters are alike. This can be affected to enhance the relationship of the achievements. Company members who are advanced in their age are responsible for educating and inspiring the workers.

In conclusion, there are more than a thousand corporations' achievements that are always based on the true chosen corps' help. Furthermore, older genes are good at holding responsibility, those who are younger need sufficient time to learn how to achieve their goals and settle place in a new placement as well. It is undoubtedly argued that the authority should pose the senior leadership for improvement.

尽管一些人认为大多数公司都愿意雇用年龄较大的男性和女性,但另一些人则认为年轻的干部对于任何组织的发展都至关重要。 然而,在我看来,我不同意年轻人不会有任何资历,而不是那些至少有10年经验的人。

老员工愿意在领导的帮助下发现任何有问题的问题。 这是因为他们在公司里建立了自己的生活。 他们很清楚什么是解决问题的办法。 比如,现在很多企业主不愿意失去自己的高级团队,愿意在长辈的帮助下提升自己的职位。 因此,前辈的经验不是根本原因,但也为公司带来了声誉。

其次,会有许多不同类型的人一起工作。 他们甚至还没有寻找新的工作岗位,工作条件如何,同事的态度又如何。 由于老年人大部分时间都在职场中度过,他们都知道哪些人的性格相似。 这可以影响增强成就的关系。 公司年长者肩负着教育和激励职工的责任。

总而言之,千余家企业的成就,都是建立在真正的天选军团的帮助下的。 此外,年长的基因善于承担责任,而年轻的基因则需要足够的时间来学习如何实现自己的目标并在新的职位上安顿下来。 毫无疑问,当局应该由高层领导来改进。
